National Navy SEAL Museum Announces Retired Navy Vice Admiral Tim Szymanski
as Keynote Speaker for 40th Annual Muster
Fort Pierce, FL – September 16, 2025 – The National Navy SEAL Museum is proud to announce that retired Vice Admiral Tim Szymanski will serve as the keynote speaker for the Museum’s 40th Annual Muster, taking place November 7 and 8, 2025, in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Szymanski, a highly decorated leader with decades of distinguished service in Naval Special Warfare, is uniquely suited to deliver the keynote address for this landmark occasion. Through his esteemed career, he commanded at every level within the SEAL community and played a major role in shaping the future of Special Operations.
“Admiral Szymanski is the perfect choice to commemorate this 40th Muster,” said Rick Kaiser, CEO of the National Navy SEAL Museum and retired Navy SEAL Master Chief. “His leadership, integrity, and lifelong dedication to the SEAL Teams reflect everything the Museum stands for. Hosting him as our Muster keynote speaker is an honor. He embodies the values we strive to preserve and share with the public.”
This year’s event marks the Museum’s historic four-decade milestone anniversary. What began in 1985 as the Museum’s opening–and a grassroots reunion for Frogmen–Muster has grown into an honored celebration that draws thousands of visitors. The anniversary is a testament to the Museum’s enduring mission to preserve the history and heritage of Navy SEALs and their predecessors, while educating and inspiring future generations.
The Muster is the Museum’s signature annual gathering, bringing together all branches of military and veterans, families, and supporters from across the nation. The two-day event honors the legacy, service, and sacrifice of Naval Special Warfare, while offering the public an up-close look at the extraordinary skills, history, and traditions of the SEAL Teams and their forerunners–from the beaches of Fort Pierce where their story began.
Muster begins Friday, November 7 with a cash bar, live music, and the annual Membership Dinner. Saturday festivities continue with the 21st Annual Muster 5K Beach Challenge, followed by Szymanski’s keynote address, and Navy SEAL tactical demonstrations. The outdoor venue is free of charge, with discounted admission into the Museum.

About The Navy SEAL Museum
The National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum is dedicated to preserving the history of the U.S. Navy SEALs and their predecessors. From humble beginnings, the facility has experienced tremendous growth, achieving national stature in 2007. The main objective of the Museum remains the promotion of public education by providing the opportunity to explore the history of the Navy SEALs through interactive exhibits, while honoring the fallen at the SEAL Memorial and caring for those warriors’ families through Trident House Charities Program.
