Admiral Frank M. Bradley to Deliver Keynote Address at Navy SEAL Museum Fort Pierce on Memorial Day

Fort Pierce, Fla. – May 21, 2026 – The Navy SEAL Museum in Fort Pierce is honored to announce that Admiral Frank M. Bradley, Commander, United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), will deliver the keynote address at this year’s Memorial Day Ceremony. The annual event, taking place on Monday, May 25, will honor those who have given their lives in defense of the United States.

Admiral Bradley brings a distinguished and storied career in special operations leadership to the forefront of this solemn occasion. His decades of service, operational expertise, and unwavering commitment to the nation exemplify the values and sacrifice honored each Memorial Day. As keynote speaker, Admiral Bradley will offer a powerful message of remembrance, resilience, and reverence for the fallen.

“We are deeply honored to welcome Admiral Bradley as our keynote speaker for this year’s Memorial Day service,” said Rick Kaiser, Executive Director of the National Navy SEAL Museum. “His extraordinary service and leadership within the Special Operations community make him an exceptional representative of the warrior ethos. His words will undoubtedly resonate with all who gather to remember the profound sacrifices made in defense of our freedom.”

The Memorial Day Ceremony will be held outdoors at the Museum’s Memorial Wall, a sacred space where names of fallen Navy SEALs and their predecessors are etched in stone, beginning in World War II. In addition to the keynote address, the program will include a commemoration of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment “Night Stalkers,” the honoring of the fallen at the Memorial Wall, the incorporation of sand into the Living Beach, the laying of a memorial wreath, and special tribute to Gold Star families in attendance.

A Flag Retirement Ceremony will be held at 8:00 AM in advance of the official service at 9:00 AM. Admission to the Memorial Day Ceremony is free of charge and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for the 9:00 AM service to ensure seating. The Museum will be open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon with complimentary admission.

About Admiral Frank M. Bradley, Commander, USSOCOM
Admiral Frank M. Bradley is a U.S. Navy SEAL Officer. Originally from Eldorado, Texas, ADM Bradley is a 1991 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he studied physics and was a varsity gymnast. He began his career as a SEAL after completing Basic Underwater Demolition school (BUDs/SEAL) Class 179 in 1992.

He has commanded at all levels of special operations, including Joint Special Operations Command, Special Operations Command Central, and Naval Special Warfare Development Group. He has multiple tours in command of joint task forces and was among the first to deploy into Afghanistan following the attacks of September 11, 2001. Additionally, he has served with SEAL Team FOUR, SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team TWO, and the Italian Incursori (Italian SEALs) as an international exchange officer.

Admiral Bradley earned a Masters in Physics from Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, where he received a provisional patent for his research in 2006.

His staff duty has included service as the Assistant Commander, Joint Special Operations Command as well as the J-3 Technical Operations Division Chief and the Deputy J-3; the Vice Deputy Director for Global Operations for the Joint Staff J-3; the Executive Officer for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Joseph F. Dunford, Jr.; and the Deputy Director for CT Strategy for the Joint Staff J-5.

Admiral Bradley is married and has four children.
