Friday, November 9 – Tuesday, November 12, 2017: The 27th Annual Legends Invitational Golf Tournament takes place on November 9–12, 2017. Saturday, August 12, 2017: The 2017 Wounded Warrior Surf Day was not only a great day loaded with fun in the sun and catching waves, but it was a way to honor those men and women who have given selflessly in defense of our freedoms.  Look out for next year!


July 2017

Thursday, July 20, 2017: The Navy SEAL Monument was dedicated in a special ceremony alongside the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.  “This monument is a striking tribute to SEALs and their antecedents and the City of Virginia Beach’s important part in their remarkable history,” said CAPT Rick Woolard. The dedication celebrated the culmination of the tireless commitment to creating a monument at this heritage site to honor the legacy of the SEALs who have served.  It is located at 38th Street on the historic Virginia Beach Boardwalk in Virginia Beach, VA, and is open to the public.  As this will be an ongoing project, you can continue support of the Virginia Beach Navy SEAL Monument visiting here. Friday, July 14, 2017: The U.S. Navy SEALs came to the picturesque family location on the cleanest lake in New England, the Newfound Lake. for an epic event, Swim with a Mission! This event drew large numbers of participants in both the 5K and 10K races Friday morning and over 1,000 or so spectators who were able to watch the SEALs, both active and retired, show off their stuff! Monday, May 29, 2017:  Memorial Day is a day of reverent celebration. It is a celebration of men and women who dared all, who gave all, so that we might continue to enjoy the freedoms and benefits of this great nation.  We invite you and your family to join us for our annual Memorial Day Service, held at the Navy SEAL Museum’s Memorial Wall at 9 AM, early arrival is encouraged as seating is limited.  Check back for additional details.  Here’s a recap from last year’s Memorial Day Service.


April 2017

Saturday, April 22, 2017: Navy SEAL Museum’s First Annual Sweep the Beach Earth Day Celebration was a great success and we look forward to doing this again!  After cleaning the beach, all participants were able to enoy free entry into the Museum, where they learned about U.S. Navy SEALs and their predecessors.

Monday, April 3, 2017:  The biennial Navy SEAL Evening of Tribute at the Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Fl drew crowds of 600+. All proceeds raised from this exclusive event are being donated to Navy SEAL Foundation and the Navy SEAL Museum, Trident House and Memorial.  See WPTV news coverage here.

Wednesday, March 15, 2017:  Square Grouper Tiki Bar (on the Fort Pierce Inlet) was a fundraising event featuring live music, auctions and beautiful weather!

Saturday, February 4, 2017: The Walk MS event held at the Navy SEAL Museum was an absolute blast and gave a provided a sense of pride in walking in support of the Walk MS cause.  After completing the walk, participants were able to tour the museum. January 2017

Saturday January 21, 2017:  This year’s Indian River Woodcarvers Club Semi-Annual Purple Heart Cane Ceremony was held at the Navy SEAL Museum which honored 61 Purple Heart Veterans.
