The 35th Annual Muster and Music Festival

Thank you all for making Muster 35 a wonderful experience! Despite challenging weather, the Museum is so pleased to have hosted so many of you, socially distanced, for the very successful 16th Annual 5K Beach Challenge, the NSM NSW K9 Memorial Unveiling and Dedication, and the main Muster celebration with keynote Jonathan T. Gilliam and many enthusiastic SEALs in support.
Thank you for your support of the Naval Special Warfare Community, for joining us in celebrating its historic preservation at our Museum, and for helping us honor veterans everywhere as part of our Muster Veterans Day commemoration.

Muster 35 Keynote Speaker Jonathan T. Gilliam
Jonathan Gilliam was born in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, earning a Bachelor of Arts double major in Political Science and Psychology.
Following college, Gilliam began his career in service as a police officer in Arkansas before receiving a commission in the United States Navy at Officer Candidate School (OCS).

After graduating Basic Underwater Demolition /SEAL (BUD/S) training, Gilliam was assigned to SEAL Team FOUR. After serving as a SEAL, Gilliam went on to graduate from Army Ranger school and was deployed as an Officer in Charge (OIC) for combined Exchange for training (JCET) missions, Foreign Internal Defense (FID) missions, and Counter-Narcotics missions.
Following his military career, Gilliam became a Federal Air Marshal; he then became a security contractor for DHS, performing an analysis of soft targets within the country. He developed the DHS Soft Target Awareness Training (STAT) course that evaluates targets from an attacker’s perspective to find weaknesses.
Gilliam served as a special agent for the FBI’s Criminal and Counterterrorism force in New York. Calling on his extensive experience in National Security, he has been an analyst on Fox News, NewsMax, One American News Network, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, BBC, AP, and the Wall Street Journal Online. Gilliam has also worked as a CNN contributor.
