Donating Artifacts to the National Navy SEAL Museum

The Museum is committed to preserving, interpreting, and educating the public about the history of Naval Special Warfare. To ensure we uphold this responsibility with care and integrity, all potential artifact donations are thoughtfully reviewed to determine how they align with our mission, collection needs, and long-term stewardship capabilities.
Before any items can be considered for inclusion, we ask potential donors to complete an artifact submission form. This allows our curatorial team to better understand the historical significance, condition, provenance, and context of the object.
Submitting information through these forms does not obligate you to donate, nor does it indicate that an item will be accepted into the Museum’s collection. Each submission is carefully evaluated to ensure we can properly preserve, interpret, and care for the item in a way that honors its history.
Once the forms are received, our team will review the information provided. In some cases, additional details or documentation may be requested. Due to the volume of inquiries and the care required in this process, reviews may take time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we give each submission the attention it deserves.
